Using the web for file exchanges and sharing - we typically send and receive much of today's design interaction using FTP sites and Email exchanges - since many of the team consultants on a project are spread across town, states, and in some projects- across countries!
When needed - we can also ship documents to team/contractors on a requested basis -- or send electronic files (PDF Sheets) to printshops of the clients choosing - to have our structural sheets printed and bound together with the Architectural, MEP and Site-Civil drawings.
